Hi Xavier, thanks for reading and sharing your thoughts. My takeaway from the experience is that I 100% agree. Whatever ‘norms’ there may be (e.g. first marathon you should train 6 months, or if already in race condition 3 months), we should not limit ourselves to them. The power your mind has, and the response your body will give you when asked is unbelievable.
